CHAMPIONS offers an array of staff development opportunities tailored to your organization and its needs.
We use Teambuilding and Adventure Programs to improve staff interaction, productivity, and morale. Our programs encourage participants to step outside their comfort zones and take controlled risks in activities that make your group more efficient through healthier and happier employees that work well together.
CHAMPIONS staff development is great way for employees, educators, board members, or any other group to optimize their teamwork. Development events can range from day-long to a multi-day (there should be links to the corresponding pages) excursions depending on the needs and desires of your group.
FOR EDUCATORS: Resiliency Training provides strategies for educators to instruct from a youth advocacy and strengths perspective.
NEW GAMES TRAINING provides after school staff, recreation coordinators, PE teachers and others all the theory, curriculum and best practices strategies needed to deliver an exceptional non-competitive, alternative and fun filled recreation program.

Our staff loved the team-building experience you provided for our staff development day. No one felt threatened, inadequate, or unable to participate, and all enjoyed the experience.
